Refund policy

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if you would like to return your item, please follow the instructions below:

  • Do not remove any tags attached to the garment.
  • Repackage the item you wish to return in suitable packaging.
  • Remember to enclose your dispatch note AND the return form provided with your order so we can process your refund.
  • Visit the Royal Mail portal and fill out the relevant return information.
  • After logging your return, either print your label out at home OR scan the QR code at your local post office.
  • Remember to keep your proof of postage.
  • The package must be sealed securely. Remove or cover any old Royal Mail labels if reusing packaging.
  • Your refund can take up to 2 weeks to process.
  • Items to be returned must be posted within 28 days of purchase. Items returned after this date will not be refunded.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, the item must be unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since you were notified of your refund approval, please contact us.
